April 6-12,2025 Devotion
Saturday, 12/4/2025,Zechariah 4:10
— "Do not despise these small beginnings..."
Friday 11/4/2025, Psalms 81;
Thursday 10/4/2025, Daniel 3:17-181. Faith That Knows What God Can Do
“The God we serve is able…”
They didn't question God's power — they were convinced.
Real faith begins with knowing God is able:
Able to heal, save, provide, protect.
Don't lose confidence in God's ability — He is still powerful.
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more…” – Ephesians 3:20
2. Faith That Trusts Without Conditions
“But even if He does not…”
This is next-level faith — not based on outcomes.
Many people only worship God for what He does. True faith worships Him for who He is.
They didn’t say: “If He saves us, we’ll worship.” They said: “Even if He doesn’t — we still won't bow.”
Faith that stands when prayers go unanswered.
Faith that endures the storm, even when the sea isn’t calmed.
Wednesday 9/4/2025; 1st corinthians 9:25
Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.
Tuesday 8/4/2024; Joshua 1:9
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
1. It’s a Command, Not a Suggestion
2. Be Strong and Courageous
Strength here is inner strength — resilience in your faith, mindset, and trust.1. It’s a Command, Not a Suggestion
2. Be Strong and Courageous
Courage is acting in obedience even when it’s uncomfortable.
Ask: Where do I need courage right now?
3. Do Not Be Afraid or Discouraged
Fear and discouragement are real — but God is saying they don’t get to control you.
Fear often whispers lies like: “You’re not enough,” or “What if you fail?”
But God is louder. His word says: “I am with you.”
4. God’s Presence is the Game-Changer
“For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
You’re never stepping into the unknown alone.
Whether it’s a new job, school, calling, or hard decision — God goes before you, with you, and behind you.
